In the Six steps to a better business, the strategic alliances would be in the area of lead generation as you would want to create more value by two or more business entities coming together to create more value than either company could provide on their own. In this way, Business Owners can leverage the contacts and influence of their partner’s and their partner’s can leverage the reach through you. This does not mean that you have to give your contact list to the partner.
