All too often business owners spend good money trying to find the right people to put on their bus only to find that the employee they painstakingly hired is not committed to their business any more than the last person. Roger and Val discuss the importance of having strategic alliances in your Business. In the Six steps to a better business, the strategic alliances would be in the area of lead generation as you would want to create more value by two or more business entities coming together to create more value than either company could provide on their own. In this way, Business Owners can leverage the contacts and influence of their partner’s and their partner’s can leverage the reach through you. This does not mean that you have to give your contact list to the partner.
